Must-Have Camera Accessories Under £100 for 2025

Every year, I come across a ton of small gadgets and accessories. Some of them end up in a drawer, forgotten within weeks. Others become essential tools I use daily. With that in mind, here are the affordable accessories (all under £100) that are genuinely improving my workflow in 2025.

1. Tilta 4-Way Battery Charger for Panasonic BLK-22

This is something I wish existed years ago. Instead of juggling multiple single chargers, this four-slot charger simplifies things. It’s built like a tank, uses USB-C, and features clear LED indicators for battery levels. At £42.99, it’s a no-brainer.

2. Tilta BLK-22 Third-Party Batteries

I'm usually skeptical of third-party batteries, but Tilta's 2400mAh versions (200mAh more than Panasonic's) won me over. They even include USB-C ports for standalone charging. At just £28 each, they’re a solid, affordable alternative with performance you can trust.

3. Camera Cages: Tilta vs. SmallRig for S1II/S1RII/S1IIE

Both cages are great, but they offer slightly different experiences:

• Tilta Cage: Feels more premium with smoother edges, a nicer grip, carbon-fibre accents, and an extra 1/4" mounting thread. Downsides? The included magnetic tool is a bit finicky.

• SmallRig Cage: Slightly more compact with a better-designed tool and spare screw storage. Sharper edges, but less bulky overall.

Either is a great choice, but if you value premium build, go Tilta. For slim, lightweight setups, SmallRig wins.

4. Peak Design Tech Pouch & The On-the-Go Kit

I got tired of trekking back to my main camera bag every 5 minutes. Enter the Peak Design Tech Pouch. It holds everything I need on-location: batteries, filters, step-up rings, tools, tape, cloths, and even an electric blower. Add strap hooks and wear it like a sling— super efficient.

5. Nitecore BB2 Electric Blower

This has become my go-to cleaning tool. It’s compact, USB-C powered, and incredibly effective for dusting off lenses or cleaning products during shoots. At just under £100, it’s a worthy upgrade from your classic rocket blower.

6. K&F Concept Lightweight Tripod with Boom Arm

Ideal for overhead shots without the hassle of bulky C-Stands. The centre pole booms easily over your subject and supports the S9 or Lumix bodies with lighter lenses. It’s Arca-Swiss compatible and incredibly portable for studio or field work.

Also, shoutout to K&F’s ND filters—I’ve used them for years with zero complaints. Great quality at a great price.

7. K&F Concept Sensor Cleaning Kit

Cleaning your own sensor sounds scary, but it’s honestly easy with the right tools. This kit includes full-frame sensor swabs and a bottle of cleaning solution. For under £20, it’s a smart addition to any camera kit. I clean my sensors every two months, and it makes a huge difference.

8. SanDisk Extreme SSDs (1TB)

CF Express Type B cards are expensive and can lead to overheating. That’s why I’m now recording straight to SSDs. These SanDisk drives are on Lumix’s approved media list and handle high bitrates including ProRes and ProRes RAW. At around £90 for 1TB, it’s much better value than CF Express.

Bonus: You can plug it straight into your computer—no card readers, no file transfers.
